    EFNEP

    EFNEP (Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program) is a free nutrition education program offered in 16 counties in Ohio targetting low-income adults who care for children. Program assistants use interactive discussions and hands-on activities to guide participants through a series of lessons aimed at improving the total family diet and nutritional well-being.

  7. Master Gardener Volunteers

    Growing Teachers Throughout the Seasons" is an educational curriculum developed by Ohio State University Extension. It's designed for educators teaching grades pre-K through 12 and integrates gardening with classroom learning from September through May.

    Montgomery county MGVS are trained in this curriculum for area schools.
