OSU Extension is offering another virtual series of TAI CHI FOR BEGINNERS March 29 – May 31 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:30 – 1:30 p.m.
Tai Chi is an exercise program for health of the mind and body. Through fluid movements, controlled breathing and mental concentration participants integrate their mind and body in an ancient Chinese art. Tai Chi decreases arthritis pain, helps prevent falls, increases flexibility, and improves mental and physical balance. Exercises can be done in seated position or standing up.
